Payment Processing
- For PayPal:

- PayPal processes the payment and notifies both the user and merchant.
- For Xendit:
- Users choose a payment method (bank transfer, e-wallet, credit/debit card).
- Xendit provides a payment instruction (for bank transfers) or redirects the user to the chosen payment gateway.
- Payment confirmation is received by Xendit and forwarded to the merchant.
Confirmation and Receipt
- A confirmation email is sent to the user with transaction details.
- The merchant is notified of the successful payment and proceeds with service fulfillment.
Order Fulfillment
- Digital products/services are delivered instantly or within the stated timeframe.
- Physical goods follow the merchant’s shipping policy.

- Users can contact customer support for payment issues.
- Refunds and chargebacks are handled according to the refund policy.
